This Return and Refund Policy is detailed, comprehensive, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By shopping with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 30-Day Return Window
You may return most chairs purchased from Sentinelsvinyl within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 30-day period begins on the date our shipping carrier confirms delivery.

1.2 Condition of Returns
To be eligible for return, the chair must be:

• In the same condition in which you received it
• Unused and in its original packaging
• Free from damage, excessive wear, or signs of use
• Complete with all accessories, parts, and instruction materials

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Any cushions, pillow covers, or fabric-upholstered components once removed from original packaging
• Items showing signs of use or damage beyond original packaging

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

1. Log into your Sentinelsvinyl account.
2. Navigate to Order History and select the chair you wish to return.
3. Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label.

If you cannot access your account, please contact Customer Support (see Section 11).

2.2 Packaging Your Return

• Use the original packaging if available.
• Otherwise, use a sturdy box with sufficient padding.
• Include all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
• Affix the return label to the outside of the package.

2.3 Shipping Your Return
Drop off your package at any FedEx location. We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund and send you a notification email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3.2 Refund Timeframe
Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

3.3 Full Refunds
Eligible returns within the 30-day window receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes paid. We do not charge restocking fees.

3.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

• The item shows signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection.
• Parts, accessories, or packaging materials are missing.

4. Exchanges

To exchange for a different color, style, or model:

1. Return the original item following the process in Section 2.
2. Place a new order online for the desired chair.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your chair arrives damaged or is defective within 30 days:

1. Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
2. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.

6. Warranty Information

Chairs that malfunction after the 30-day return window are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the purchase date. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 2 weeks of our confirmation email:

1. Check your bank or card issuer again.
2. Contact your financial institution.
3. If still unresolved, contact Customer Support.

8. Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The gift giver will not be notified.

9. Special Orders & Bulk Purchases

For bulk orders (5 or more chairs) or customized items, please contact Customer Support for return instructions. Custom or personalized chairs may not be eligible for return unless defective.

10. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
