All domestic orders (contingent United States) have the option for Free Shipping available for members. A customer may upgrade their shipping at checkout for a fee.
All international orders do not support Free Shipping upon purchase. International orders will require payment for shipping along with a handling fee. The customer has the option at checkout to choose which shipping service is used.
These rates are subject to change at any time without notice and may vary depending on the time of the transaction.
Delivery times vary depending on the product. We offer a large selection of pre-release items and shipping times depend on when certain products release, as we do not receive these items until around that date. Thus, the given estimated delivery time at checkout for products on pre-order only applies once the item has officially released – as shown in the product descriptions.

When ordered Pre-Order and Backordered items, we DO NOT charge at checkout. We collect payment information at checkout and will charge you once the item has shipped.
*We do continue to sell products that have been backordered, and there will be a note on the product page if it has been backordered. If you place an order for a backorder product, you may receive it shortly after your order, or a few weeks after since we have no control over when suppliers send us backordered items.
*Note: when you order a backorder product, we are reserving your spot for that product, even if it is out of stock everywhere else – so that when it does finally come back into stock, you will be the first to get it.
