At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We also do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

- Transit Time: Once handed off to FedEx, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

For most chairs, FedEx delivers to your address without requiring a signature.
5.2 Large Item Delivery
If your chair requires special handling:
- FedEx may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- A signature may be required upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item
5.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If you’re unavailable:
- FedEx will leave a delivery attempt notice
- Up to three delivery attempts will be made
- After the third attempt, the package may be held at a local FedEx facility for pickup
6. Order Changes and Cancellations

To change an order that hasn’t shipped:
