Domestic Orders (United States)

We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States for our members.
Customers also have the option to upgrade their shipping method at checkout for an additional fee if faster delivery is preferred.

International Orders

For all international orders, Free Shipping is not available.
International customers are required to pay for shipping costs along with a handling fee.
At checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping service.

Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery times depend on product availability and whether the product is in stock, on pre-order, or backordered.

In-Stock Products

• Transit Time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 days

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items depend on their official release dates.

• Handling Time: 6–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after the item is available
• Transit Time: 8–33 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 14–45 days (may be shorter or longer based on release date)

Backordered Products

Backorder products are subject to supplier availability.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (may vary depending on supplier restocks)

Important Notes:

• When you order Pre-Order or Backorder items, we do not charge you at checkout.
  Your payment information is collected, and you are only charged once the item ships.
• If you order a Backorder product, we reserve your spot — ensuring you’ll receive the item as soon as it becomes available again, even if it is out of stock elsewhere

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items (like clearance or final sale products) may not be eligible for returns.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sentinelsvinyl.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
